On July 1, 2011, the Statewide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) Project team, in collaboration with Minnesota state government agencies, successfully implemented a PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning system.

SWIFT incorporates all of the administrative functions across state agencies, including financial, procurement, reporting and the current SEMA4 (human resources/payroll) system.
