Enterprise Readiness

The Enterprise Readiness (ER) team has the primary responsibility for leading and coordinating cultural change management with Minnesota state agencies during the SWIFT implementation process. The ER Team communicates with state agency representatives about the changes that will take place with the new system and provides assistance in implementing these changes within their agencies. Additionally, the ER Team is responsible for managing the training effort on how to use the SWIFT system.

SWIFT & Agency Partnership

The involvement of state agencies in the SWIFT Project is critical to the project’s success to ensure that workable agency business processes are established and SWIFT users are informed and trained. A number of agency-based roles have been established to facilitate agency connections with the SWIFT project and within their own agencies.
